Tracking My Life to a Better Me
In 2024, I embarked on my journey to live more intentionally. Inspired by @vegantechnomad on Instagram, I created a comprehensive Google Form and Sheet.
My tracker encompasses a range of habits, including:
😴: Sleep-Related : Wake up/ sleep time, sleep duration
🏋️♀️ Health-Related: Regular exercise, nutrition tracking, amount of water drank
📈 Financial: Budgeting and spending habits.
🌱 Growth: Activities that push me out of my comfort zone, opportunities for learning
I also track key life metrics, such as:
❤️ How I Feel: Happiness level, confidence level, productivity level, energy level, stress level
🕒 How I Spent My Time: Hours worked, screen time, quality time with family/ friends
Each day, I fill out my tracker, which not only helps me stay accountable but also allows for daily reflection.

The goal tracker allow me to set and measure goals. After my reflection, I create new goals for the upcoming week and evaluate how well I met my goals from the previous week.

As someone who loves data, I’m super excited about having a full year’s worth of data at the end of the year. I can’t wait to perform a detailed analysis and uncover insights about myself.
